IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY, CALL 9–1–1
Knowing what to do is your best protection and your responsibility!

Emergencies are defined as situations or impending situations caused by forces of nature, accident or an intentional act that constitutes a danger of major proportions to life and property.  They affect public safety, meaning the health, welfare and property, as well as the environment and economic health of the Township of Ramara.  Everyone should be prepared to take care of themselves and their families for up to three days in the event of an emergency or disaster. With increased awareness of security concerns throughout Canada and the world, it makes sense to prepare for the unexpected.
