RAMARA YOUTH SURVEY In 2008 the Ramara Youth Committee successfully gathered information from Ramara schoolchildren in Grades 5-12 about their views, opinions and activities within and about the Township. This information will be used by the Youth Committee to develop programs and events and determine the goals of the Committee. The survey was presented to Council on Feb. 9th, 2009 and was well received. This survey will be used in a variety of Township initiatives including the development of our Recreation Master Plan to guide Council in its decision making in the future.

Ramara Trail Sign Unveiled - November 9, 2007

Members of the Ramara Trail Committee gathered recently to dig posts and install the new Ramara Trail sign at the Trail head in Atherley. It is with great hope that this sign will point users from Ramara and beyond and serve as a meeting place for hikers, bikers and walkers alike before they set on their journey.
Thanks to (from L to R) Paul Grunsten, Bob Bowles, Annalynn Faulker, Don Crowe for their much appreciated assistance. Information on the Committee is available by calling the Chairperson Annalynn Faulkner at 326-2729.
